How does List & Like™ work?
Once connected to your IG account, it pulls your top engagers from the past 90 days and creates a personalized feed of their content. You can also manually add people to lists based on your goals (clients, collaborators, leads, etc.).
Is this safe to use with Instagram?
Yes—List & Like has been approved as a developer within the Meta ecosystem. We use official Meta-approved methods and complies with Instagram’s usage terms. You’re not automating actions on your IG account; you’re simply organizing who you’re seeing and engaging with more intentionally.
Can I use List & Like™ if I have a small following?

Do I need a Business or Creator account?
Yes, you’ll need an Instagram Business or Creator account connected to a Facebook Page to access engagement data. This is required by Instagram’s API.
What can I do with my lists?
Lists let you group followers by category—like “VIP Clients,” “Podcast Hosts,” or “Event Leads.” You can filter your custom feed by list and stay on top of nurturing those connections. The sky is the limit.
Can I manually add people to a list even if they haven't engaged?
Yes! You can add any public IG profile to a list—whether they’ve engaged or not. Perfect for people you want to build relationships with intentionally (future collabs, referrals, etc.).
Will I be able to automate actions with Zapier?
Soon! We’re working on a Zapier integration that will let you automatically add people to lists when they sign up for your freebie, schedule a call, or opt into your funnel.
What’s the difference between this and a traditional CRM?
List & Like is built specifically for Instagram. It doesn’t track email opens or pipeline stages—it helps you turn engagement signals into strategic relationships, in-platform.
Do I have to engage with every post it shows me?
Nope. You can skip posts or filter by list. It’s about intentional engagement—not adding another to-do list to your day.
